it's called the A/C programmer. From the looks of the code, you have to replace that first before anything else. Either get it new or used. Then see if the A/C works. There's a ton of things that can cause the A/C not to work. But since you only provided a code, that's the answer most people say will fix the CODE. As far as ur A/C not working, yes, that could be one of the causes, but not guaranteed. Good Luck!
